"Bought a policy 1-11-26, got a better quote elsewhere, policy was cancelled the following day. New policy with new provider kicked in 1-13-26.. it is now 1-31-26, and they have still YET TO ISSUE A REFUND. This is criminal and crook behavior. 7-9 business days (was told that was the wait) have come and gone.. Monday 2-2-26 will be 14 BUSINESS DAYS. This is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Bad business for sure!"
